Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex administrative and office operations to ensure smooth and efficient departmental workflows.
- Manage research, data collection, analysis, and compilation of information for departmental reports.
- Handle files, financial records, and confidential documents while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide customer service by addressing internal and external inquiries, resolving issues, or directing appropriately.
- Serve as the department’s primary point of contact for employees, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, budgets, payroll, expenditures, and related reports.
- Support performance evaluation processes and ensure compliance with policies.
- Provide administrative support to executive-level and senior management as needed.
- 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant with Marketing exposure.
- Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare Delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent training/experience).
