Our client, located in downtown Austin, is hiring a mid-level Deal Desk Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. You will sit within Revenue Operations, partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, and help keep deals moving with accuracy and speed.
What you’ll do- Support end-to-end deal execution and approvals
- Tighten the vendor-forms process to reduce delays
- Use tools like Vanta to flag blockers early and improve forecast confidence
- Partner with Sales on quoting and structure while aligning to finance, compliance, and revenue recognition guidelines
- Help drive renewals by improving deal quality and cycle time
- Lean in at month end and quarter end when volume spikes
- Experience in a deal desk, sales operations, revenue operations, or sales administration setting
- Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a service mindset with the confidence to enforce policy
- Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred). CPQ exposure is helpful
- Backgrounds that translate well include medical administration, account management, renewals, and customer success. SaaS experience is a plus, not required
- In office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in downtown Austin
- Standard hours 8 to 5, with end-of-month extensions as needed
- Onsite ramp for at least the first month due to a new function buildout
- Contract-to-hire with market pay targeted around $80-85k
- Company-run background check and a short assessment are part of the process
