Description:
- This position is for the specific purpose of confirming telephone numbers listed in our provider directory. If an incorrect number is found, this role would also use public search options to find the correct number. Then that corrected number with the specific provider details will be entered into a provided template and provided to the manager.
Responsibilities: - Outbound telephone outreach to provider offices
- Verify practice/mailing addresses and phone numbers
- Document updates and verification results
Candidate Requirements
- Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
- Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- 0–1 years of experience; customer service or office experience preferred
Primarily remote
Optional in-office work available
Initial training will be conducted in-office
Calls will be made using Microsoft Teams
Headsets and software provided; no personal phones required
Duties:

- Operates data entry devices, verifies data, performs related clerical duties, and/or prepares documentation for data entry by assigning numerical codes to entry items and verifies accuracy. Includes rating/coding. Provide the office support needed to ensure that business objectives are met.
Experience:
- 0-1 year- Demonstrated effective keyboard skills; able to navigate with a computer/systems-dependent environment without assistance; experience in a window-based computer environment preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding and ICD9 coding preferred
