Our client in North Austin is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join their lean, collaborative team in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time, direct hire role with solid benefits and great visibility across departments.
What You’ll Do:• Manage weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly billing cycles
• Reconcile credit card payments and daily cash logs
• Handle soft collections and coordinate with sales for follow-up
• Communicate with front desk staff, property managers, and the accounting team
• Use Excel to manage customer requirements, aging reports, and occasional corrections What They’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of billing or AR experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable in Excel (vlookups/xlookups a plus)
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
