Bilingual Payroll Administrator
Location: South Austin, TX (On-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)
Pay Range : $50K – $60K
Our client, a well-established and growing organization with operations across Texas, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day payroll operations and ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll, including reviewing timecards, calculating earnings/deductions, and ensuring accurate employee payments.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records; perform audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Support tax filing and reporting processes related to payroll and benefits.
• Respond to employee payroll/benefits inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and recommend payroll process improvements.
• Assist with year-end reporting, tax filings, and special projects as needed.

• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state pay/benefits regulations.
• Experience with payroll software/systems.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual – Spanish required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to BI or database management tools (Oracle BI, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Tableau) is a plus.
