Our client based in Austin, TX is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their Partnerships team. This role is essential in identifying, developing, and managing new channels and partnerships, helping to drive growth and expand the company's reach through strategic collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and experience executing go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to execute GTM strategies for both new and existing partnerships.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans across internal teams including sales, marketing, and product.
- Research market trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement onboarding and training processes for new partners.
- Track and manage ongoing GTM initiatives, ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
- Maintain systems for tracking partnership metrics; analyze data and provide performance insights.
- Support cross-functional alignment by coordinating marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and joint initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure collaborative success.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Partnerships team, including meeting coordination, presentation development, and event planning.
- At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry, PropTech, or property management is a plus.
- Experience managing full-cycle partner relationships, from onboarding to ongoing account support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to meeting goals.

- Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
