Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst – DSCSA Product Flow will be primarily responsible for managing DSCSA-related activities, resolving data errors, and ensuring the efficient product flow of prescription pharmacy products. This position requires extensive collaboration across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
The Sr. Analyst will oversee a queue of DSCSA-related exceptions and process data errors that impede compliant product movement from Distribution Centers and pharmacies. The role supports 10 distinct business units across Retail, PBM, Omnicare, Minute Clinic, and Oak Street Health .
The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in maintaining documentation of critical processes, collaborating with internal leadership, field teams, vendors, and the DSCSA compliance application provider. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving serialization and traceability exceptions while ensuring adherence to the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) requirements.
Financial Scope of Work

Minimize and eliminate financial penalties incurred due to DSCSA non-compliance.

Reduce working capital impact and waste caused by quarantined products, DSCSA data errors, and internal system errors.

Identify financial and operational savings opportunities through improved adherence to pharmacy warehouse receiving procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage serialization exceptions using TraceLink SCWM platform; ensure timely investigation, resolution, and escalation of traceability and verification issues.

Support implementation of SOPs and compliance workflows for exception handling and traceability; maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation.

Act as a liaison between Health’s internal teams and external trading partners (manufacturers, wholesalers) to resolve quarantine inventory issues and exceptions.

Assist in training Health teams across Retail Pharmacies, Distribution Centers, PBM Mail, and PBM Specialty on serialization compliance and best practices.

Support the development and enhancement of systems and processes for ongoing exception management.

Stay informed of DSCSA regulatory milestones and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Familiarity with DSCSA requirements, serialization, and traceability compliance across multiple business settings (distribution centers, PBM, retail, etc.).

Knowledge of pharmacy and warehouse product flow and workforce operations.

Hands-on experience with TraceLink or similar DSCSA compliance platforms.

Proven ability to manage queues and drive process improvements in large organizations.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, mediate, and resolve conflicts in a regulatory environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
Education
- Associate’s Degree – Required
- Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Analysis, Retail, or Healthcare .

BA/BS in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent .

Experience with Tableau or other BI tools .

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Database experience, preferably using SQL .

Experience developing analytical tools, templates, financial/statistical models, or process flows.

Broad knowledge of Supply Chain or Store Operations.
