Job Title: Analyst I – Operations Reporting & Workflow Coordinator
Location/Onsite: Remote (Manager based near Irving, TX. Local candidates may occasionally be asked to attend onsite meetings.)
Schedule: Standard business hours based on candidate’s location
Hours per Week: Full-Time
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Onsite Requirements: Fully remote (never onsite)

 

Summary:
The Analyst I - Operations Reporting & Workflow Coordinator supports operational efficiency by reviewing performance reports, analyzing data, managing operational tickets, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work proactively in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting & Analysis
• Review weekly operational and performance reports for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and support implementation of process or workflow enhancements.
• Present findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ticket Management
• Create operational tickets based on identified issues or stakeholder requests.
• Monitor ticket progress from creation to resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Maintain consistent communication on ticket status and updates.

Log Maintenance & Documentation • Maintain a detailed log of all tickets, including dates, status, and progression notes.
• Ensure logs remain accurate, current, and audit-ready.
• Provide ticket summaries or dashboards to leadership when requested. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and support execution.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with all stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions or follow-ups to drive issue resolution and workflow improvements.

Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills
• Background in clinical operations or healthcare.
• Underwriting experience (PBM underwriting is a plus).
• Prior CVS/Aetna experience (not required, but preferred).

Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Verified High School Diploma or GED required.

Interview Process
• One round – 45-minute video interview via Microsoft Teams (camera required).
