- Should be fluent in Thai language and well versed with English language.
- Product knowledge of Electrostatic Precipitator and Baghouse is of added advantage.
- Experience in Aftermarket sales for minimum 3-5 years. (we can look for candidates from companies namely Tai & Chyun Engineering Service (Thailand) Co., Ltd.)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for regional ABP of self and dealers.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals for Spares & services.
- Follow up with customer and conversion in order.
- Attending spare and service review meetings and maintaining a Sales portal database.
- Meeting monthly after-market services and spares targets.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies for meeting the targets.
- Collaborating with cross functional sales & service team to align the actions
- Collect, analyze information and prepare data for better selling of spares & services
- Maintaining customer connect and cross functional team interaction in case of complaints
- Imparting training to new dealer recruits and customer introductions
- Developing good business relations with customer and getting repeat business
- Administration & management of dealers

- Experience in After-market sales.
- Product / Application Knowledge of Industrial air pollution control with products like Electrostatic Precipitator & Bagfilter will be an Add on benefit.
