Schedule : M-F 8:30am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative and office operations to ensure smooth and efficient departmental workflows.
- Manage research, data collection, and organization of information for departmental reports.
- Handle files, financial records, and confidential documents while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, or directing appropriately.
- Serve as the department’s primary point of contact for employees, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, budgets, payroll, expenditures, and related reports.
- Support performance evaluation processes and ensure adherence to policies.
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and special projects as needed.
Required Skills:
- Administrative or executive support experience.
- Experience in healthcare or related environments preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
