Schedule : M-F 8:30am to 5pm



Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative and office operations to ensure smooth and efficient departmental workflows.
  • Manage research, data collection, and organization of information for departmental reports.
  • Handle files, financial records, and confidential documents while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, or directing appropriately.
  • Serve as the department’s primary point of contact for employees, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, budgets, payroll, expenditures, and related reports.
  • Support performance evaluation processes and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and special projects as needed.

Required Skills:
  • Administrative or executive support experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or related environments preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
Education:
Hight School Diploma
