Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 35 Hours


Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the accounting team with administrative and project-based assignments. The ideal candidate will also possess experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record customer invoices, payments, and deposits accurately and timely.

  • Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate financial records in the accounting system.

  • Communicate professionally with customers to resolve billing or payment issues.

  • Provide administrative and project-based support to the accounting team.

  • Utilize accounting and office software for data entry, reporting, and analysis.

  • Handle phone inquiries in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or General Accounting.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.

  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.

  • Self-starter with an investigative and analytical mindset.

  • Motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.


Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
