Are you ready to take your AR and accounting skills to the next level? Our client, a fast-growing $1B company with a collaborative finance team, is looking for an Accounts Receivable / Staff Accountant to join their team. What You’ll Do

• Own a mix of billing and accounting responsibilities — this isn’t just data entry, you’ll get exposure to full cycle processes

• Prepare and process 500+ invoices monthly across multiple subsidiaries

• Support the month-end close including accruals, reconciliations, and deferred revenue

• Research and resolve P&L and revenue questions from field teams

• Assist with audit requests and special projects

• Communicate with internal teams and occasionally external customers

• Use Excel daily (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) to track and analyze AR activity

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of AR or accounting experience (Staff Accountant-level preferred)

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables required)

• Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred, but open to similar)

• Comfortable working with high-volume billing ($90M–$160M AR monthly)

• Self-starter who can research, problem-solve, and follow processes with attention to detail

• Accounting degree is a plus, but not required
