The role will be responsible for evaluating, reviewing, analysing and implementing pay reviews across the EMEA region, working in conjunction with the Head of Reward. Utilising your trusted methodologies to research, analyse and summarise market data and pay practises, you will guide and offer a consultative approach to support the business & executive management team. Ideal candidate? HR Operations Support Coordinator

LMA recruitment are working with a leading International HR Solutions organisation who have a headquarters in the USA but provide outsourced HR solutions and contractor support across 40 countries. The company is looking for exceptional talent to join the team who can provide dedicated support for up to 200 contractors who are based in Finland. As a HR Operations Support Coordinator, you will be based either in the UK or Finland where you will be responsible for the day to day to operations of contractors across the Finnish region providing a first class delivery support while ensuring all communications are correct and up to date. You will responsible for on-boarding of new contractors, off-boarding for leavers, assist with the verification of new hire paperwork and ensuring work permits and visas are valid where applicable. You will have a good understanding and knowledge of Finnish legislation with the ability to accurately advise employee queries where needed. With experience within a HR team, particularly relating to on-boarding, employee lifecycle and payroll, you will also have the ability to effectively offer advice around Finnish employment law.
