Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability for the company. The BDM must be adept at professional networking and building strong relationships, acquiring new clients, and maintaining existing clients. This role will be located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Duties and Responsibilities: Establish, develop, and maintain client relationships. Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads through effective in-person, phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods. Generate leads via professional relationships and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts. Actively build and maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline of leads/opportunities. Develop strong relationships with our clients’ hiring managers by understanding their business and staffing needs. Generate viable, quality contract, contract to hire and direct hire orders. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening/assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients. The Recruiter must be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be adept at building long term relationships in order to create and maintain a pipeline of both active and passive candidates. This role will be located in Indianapolis, Indiana. ​ Duties and Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment process from hiring manager intake to candidate acceptance.
