The organisation has implemented a new target operating model and people strategy to support year-on-year organic growth and are currently increasing market share through acquisition.

Reporting into the Global Head of HR, you will reposition talent acquisition at a strategic level delivering against hiring needs globally, building structure, tools and capabilities enabling the organisation to achieve its ambitious growth targets.

You will design appropriate strategies and resourcing plans building robust talent pipelines to future proof the organisation, and key initiatives include leading the outsourcing of hiring globally to an RPO model; developing the necessary tools and reporting process following the implementation of Workday's Recruitment and Onboarding modules; and lead talent mobility working in conjunction with Director, Talent & Leadership on succession and career planning.

You'll also conduct a talent management process review ensuring that the business promotes a consistent employer brand that will attract, retain, engage and develop talent. You'll also promote company profile and employer brand externally at events.

To excel, you will be an experienced leader in resourcing and talent acquisition, ideally with a background in technology environments. More important is your exposure to lead and operate effectively in an international context. The role is a strategic build (structure, process reengineering, talent pipeline creation) and requires someone with the entrepreneurial flair and initiative to develop the function.

The role will incorporate international travel, predominantly to North America and Europe.
