fantastic opportunity has arisen at an exciting international investment firm in London. They are looking for an experienced Training and Competence Manager to join an ambitious HR team.

Should you be successful your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Organise and book training activities liaising with colleagues across the business and complete initial training plan for new joiners.
  • Complete progression training plan and organise any training activities.
  • Organise and where applicable book mandatory regulatory training activities.
  • Provide CPD certificates and log CPD activities
  • Complete SPS applications for progression and new joiners
  • Upload KPI information (including behavioural indicators) and produce KPI reporting.

In order to be successful for this role you must have a keen eye for detail and accurate and timely data inputting and
administration as well as the ability to work under your own initiative and to strict deadlines.

The starting salary for this position will range £35,000 and £45,000 dependent upon experience plus benefits. These include a great work life balance and great opportunities for bonuses.
