My client is a successful insurance company based in the City and they now require an immediately available HR/Payroll Administrator to join a small team on a temporary basis for 2-3 months and possibly ongoing.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will provide payroll services and prepare correspondence.

You will be involved in the following:-

- Prepare changes and run the payroll report ready to send to the third party payroll team

- Maintain the employee database

- Uploading information onto the in-house HR system

- Conduct staff surveys

- Prepare reports and undertake projects

It is essential that you have:-

- Experience of working in a similar role

- CIPD Qualified or equivalent (desirable)

- Payroll preparation experience

- Attention to detail
