LMA Recruitment are partnered with a renowned, international bank based in the City who are currently seeking an experienced HR Assistant on a temp to perm basis. You will provide comprehensive HR administration to the London and international offices working within a team of 16.

The ideal candidate will have experience within HR administration, ideally within financial services, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be proactive and confident at building stakeholder relationships. You must possess excellent IT skills, in particular Excel. You must be immediately available with a view to start as soon as possible!

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting temp selection, logging CV's, arranging candidate interviews and ensuring all compliance is met for the on-boarding of new joiners
  • Controlling probationary periods, confirmations and extensions
  • Managing work experience for short-term placements
  • Ensure all reference requests are responded to in a timely manner
  • Invoice processing
