One of the leading Global law firms, located in the heart of the City of London are looking to expand their Talent offering by offering an excellent platform for someone to join the Talent Management team to shape and deliver the overall HR and Talent and Development strategy.

This role provides scope to help define and build the Talent Management offering. This exciting role will evolve in line with the firm's priorities and the successful applicant will participate in projects across the Talent and Development space depending on the emerging needs.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Relevant previous experience of Talent Management in an HR team for a professional services firm, FTSE 250 business or other corporate organisation
  • Knowledge required to provide best-in-class talent expertise to the wider HR community
  • Experience of leading and enabling others in the delivery of Talent Management initiatives such as performance management, promotion and talent review projects
  • Excellent project management skills (ideally project management qualifications, e.g. Lean, SixSigma or PRINCE2) and an ability to deliver with a hands on practical approach
  • Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the use of data analytics, development of data dashboards and an ability to deliver initiatives that have measurable business outcomes
  • Personable and confident, with the ability to build relationships with business leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Able to build trust and rapport to develop effective relationships, internally and externally and influence internal clients and external stakeholders
  • Confident in working in a matrix structure across various geographies.
