An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing EMEA in-house Talent Acquisition team working in a leading Global Financial Services firm. Our client is currently expanding their team and looking for an additional in-house Talent Acquisition Consultant with end-to-end recruitment experience within regulated industries, ideally in a large global matrix structure. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role is to start ASAP and will initially be on a 12 month FTC basis. This is a newly created position to work with an existing in-house resourcing function during a period of change and transformation. The successful candidate needs to have proven end to end in-house recruitment experience, working in highly regulated environment working with a range of corporate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Specialists in region and across the function, to facilitate issue resolution, international moves and sharing of knowledge and expertise
  • Operate as a key subject matter expert in the attraction and hiring of talent into the organisation
  • Manage cross functional / complex Talent Acquisition projects, as required. Overall point of contact for any global initiatives impacting countries under remit
  • Provide ad hoc support to the HR Business Partner in country and the Head, Talent Acquisition Europe, as required
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
