LMA Recruitment's client, a leading UK business are currently looking to hire a Senior Pensions Administrator on a permanent basis with plenty of opportunity to develop in the role.

As the Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be supporting the Pensions Trustee Services Manager to assist in the running of the UK&I pension arrangements. Providing general administrative support as well as working on ad hoc projects and activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- The preparation and distribution of meeting packs, and taking minutes for all Trustee and Committee meetings

- Managing action points on the annual schedule and from Trustee meetings

- Managing the Trustee's annual activity calendar, including the management of to-do and action lists continuously keeping this updated

- Checking the payments of third party providers and managing adviser fees

- Managing the safe retention of pension scheme documentation on the company system and other electronic or paper means.

- Assist colleagues in answering queries on the pensions helplines, providing swift answers in a polite and helpful manner

To be successful in the Senior Pensions Administrator position, you will need to have experience of DB pension schemes within a Trustee environment conducting your work with a proactive and detailed approach whilst managing your own workload with effective time management. You will need to have excellent ability on Excel as well as other Microsoft Office software, with a view to develop your skills within the pensions environment.
