This dynamic and entrepreneurial Fortune 500 organisation are looking to hire a high calibre Senior HR Business Partner to support a divisional CEO and senior management population.

With a new international HR leadership team in place, they are implementing a commercially aligned HR strategy to support year-on-year revenue growth with a focus on talent management and engagement.

The role will primarily work with a dynamic and ambitious divisional CEO, senior leaders and operational managers to deliver an integrated people strategy. Key areas include improving the strategic workforce planning process, building succession and talent planning, as well as driving employee engagement and wellbeing. You'll also be expected to lead on performance management, capability building and employee relations.

A commercial HR business partner, you will offer a pragmatic and solutions oriented approach to reflect the cultural dynamics of an organisation experiencing growth.

As you'd expect, it is essential that you have the business acumen to translate strategy into practical HR initiatives and offer the gravitas and influencing skills to operate confidently and challenge at executive management level.

It would be advantageous if you have prior experience in luxury / consumer goods environment, retail, or from backgrounds where high touch customer experience and service is an imperative.

This role is based in central London, is looking to pay up to £90,000 with additonal bonus and benefits.
