A leading IFA requires an experienced Secretary to assist with typing agendas for client meetings together with post meeting letters and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting preparation - typing agendas, preparing valuations, contacting providers
  • Post meeting work - summaries, and client summary letters
  • General secretarial duties - scanning, photocopying/filing etc. - mostly computer based
  • Typing letters from draft, Siri dictation and Excel updates and preparing formulas
  • Providing general team secretarial support
  • Covering the PA role

Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience of working for an IFA is essential
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
  • Advanced in all Microsoft Office applications and ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and maintain a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Open to change/new ideas
