A Global Cloud Technology solutions business (based in Oxford/Reading) who support highly regarded clients internationally are looking to recruit a Sales Enablement Leader.

The business are in the process of implementing a new target operating model and are looking for a strategic sales professional who can create a consistent sales strategy across the client group. You will report into the Director of Sales Operations and be working with Account Managers, New Sales, Sales Leadership Teams, Product Team and Marketing.

Your aim will be to take a strategic view as to what training, materials, tool kits, and communications are needed to enable increased productivity, growth within sales performance and being able to measure that performance and capability to continue process and performance improvement.

You will need to have proven knowledge of structured sales methodologies, sales planning/forcasting and reporting. Industry proven experience within IT sales as well as a proven internal sales development/training background is essential.
