A leading not for profit organisation within the UK are looking to appoint a Reward administrator to support their HR function. Based at one of their key sites in Reading, this role is a 6 month FTC and to start ASAP.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Reward Specialist on some key projects as well as dealing with day to day operational work. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain/develop their experience of pay bench-marking, participation in salary surveys, benefit administration and an understanding of the annual pay review process.

Responsibilities include:

* Contributing data to salary surveys and analysis of results
* Run administrative processes connected to benefits
* Pay bench-marking for new and existing roles
* Preparing for and assisting with the annual pay review
* Working with the reward specialist on specific projects

Ideally the successful candidate will already have some experience working in reward and be able to use Microsoft Excel to an advanced level. Flexible working requests may be considered.
