LMA's client a leading Retail Group are currently looking to hire a Reward Manager on a permanent basis, taking ownership of the operational responsibilities within reward, working closely with the Head of Reward. The Reward Manager will be responsible for supporting the business across all key areas of the reward function which will include the annual pay and bonus review process, LTIP's and annual share schemes.

The Reward Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the annual pay review process, mainly across the management level of the business (UK and overseas) and setting the pay rates for operational based colleagues as well as assisting the Head of Reward during the annual bonus process. The Reward Manager will also be responsible for the revision and renewing of benefit plans, ensuring that the administration of the UK benefit arrangement is managed effectively. Performance share plans are also offered to senior colleagues therefore knowledge of share schemes would be preferred.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a broad background in reward at an Analyst/Advisor level and ready to step up into a Managerial role. You will need to be Analytical (strong excel ability is a must), proactive, confident and organised to manage your time effectively to support the business effectively.
