A Global Organisation who have gone through a recent merger are looking to hire a Reward Manager on a permanent basis to embed best reward practice as well as to support the Head of Reward on a number of projects.

This will be a very hands on role as you will be responsible for the operational support across compensation, benefits, global mobility and payroll for the executive population as well as projects across the group. This is a fast paced environment so you will need to hit the ground running and have the confidence to manage projects alongside your day to day responsibilities.

Ideally you will have experience across all areas of reward (compensation, benefits, global mobility, and payroll) as well as project management experience. The salary for this role will pay up to £60,000 plus benefits.
