You will be reporting directly into the Head of Reward driving various group wide reward initiatives that fit with the business plans, ensurring they are sucessfully delivered and embedded across the company. Review, refresh and evaluate reward solutions, policies and practices. You will assist in the development of framework which delivers appropriate solutions in line with business strategy on reward and compensation.

You will need to be a self starter who is able to hit the ground running and have experience of working in a complex environment. If you are an HR Generalist looking to specialise in Reward, you will need to have experience of annual reward activities, benefits administration or management.
