LMA is delighted to be partnering with a Global Financial Services company based in London to recruit a Reward Manager.

The Reward Manager will report into the Reward Director and will be in charge of managing Compensation operations, projects and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management and delivery of annual pay review
  • Management and oversight of variable pay schemes
  • Build analytics tools via excel to provide robust and accurate data
  • Drive efficiencies through process improvement and operational excellence
  • Upskill and advise HR team on Reward policy, governance and procedures
  • Creation and preparation of analytics for board level presentations
  • Manage data for performance management KPIs
  • Point of contact for Gender Pay Gap and CEO Pay ratios
  • Develop and maintain timescales for cyclical Reward events
  • Review policies and procedures
  • Salary benchmarking and job evaluations
  • Preparation of Remco reporting
  • Management and oversight of regulation (MRT identification, adherence to CRD regulation)
