Leading Global Financial Services organisation is looking for an interim Reward Manager. This is an interesting and diverse role, working within a highly collaborative HR team. You will get involved with the delivery & design of the annual salary review, annual pay and benchmarking, supporting ongoing compliance with remuneration regulations and support on various projects.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the annual salary review budgeting process
  • Administering the annual salary benchmarking review, analysing data and providing insights to the HR team
  • Developing the bonus model, including forecasting of bonus outcomes and redesigning inline with compliance requirements
  • Analysing and preparing data and reports for the board
  • Participating in cross departmental initiatives and develop compensation projects
  • Reviewing and updating remuneration policies ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations
  • Collaborating with the international business partners to ensure local context and economics are included with compensation decisions

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience as a Reward Manager with Financial Services
  • Demonstrate knowledge of a regulatory environment including Guarantees, Material Risk Takers, Remuneration Code and SMCR
  • Strong understanding of bonus modelling
  • Highly numerical, analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong excel skills
