An opportunity to work for one of the leading professional client within their UK and Middle East region. The role based in The City of London will work within a team of 4 within Reward as well as the wider HR team.

The Opportunity

To support the provision of professional reward & benefits solutions for the UK-ME offices focusing on the implementation of reward initiatives and projects aligned to the strategic objectives of the firm.

Role:

Benefits:

  • Provide support and direction to the firm in maintaining and developing a market competitive benefits offering
  • Delivery of benefits via the flexible benefits system ensuring excellence in communicating those benefits to drive up participation and engagement
  • Manage the service provided by third party suppliers of benefits and rewards related policies and
  • Maintain an awareness of up to date market information on current and future reward & benefit developments including those arising as a result of legislative changes

Compensation:

  • Work with the Head of Reward & Systems and HR Business Partnering team to review/implement reward programmes, policies and processes
  • Utilise a variety of market intelligence sources to help ensure reward packages are appropriate
  • Provide expertise and advice on compensation related issues
  • Make recommendations for proposals for changes to compensation
  • Assist with the analysis of market data and the planning, delivery and implementation of the annual salary review process for all employees based in the UK
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis in relation to all UK roles, providing recommendations for change where necessary
  • Contribute to the overall reward strategy of the firm

Pensions:

  • Manage the administration of pension processes including ensuring the firm meets its Auto Enrolment obligations
  • Manage the relationship between the firm and its pensions advisors ensuring clear communication and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Member of the pension governance committee

Projects & Other:

  • Participate and where appropriate lead on reward related projects as required
  • Provide support to the Global Mobility programme
  • Provide advise and guidance on compensation packages and health and risk policies

Skills & Experience

  • Graduate Calibre or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a reward or benefits role
  • Proven technical understanding of health and risk benefits
  • Practical understanding of benchmarking methodologies, preferably Willis Towers Watson
  • Strong data manipulation skills, able to present data in a clear and concise method
  • Highly developed communication and organisation skills
