The role holder will be an active member of the Group Reward Analytics team supporting the Group Remuneration Commitee, as well as external and regulatory reporting.

Key Accountabilities

  • Supporting the Analytics team and the Reward & Performance Director throughout the annual compensation review on all aspects of central compensation analytics and reporting
  • Supporting the reporting and review of analytics prepared for the Group Remuneration Committee
  • Supporting the production of public disclosures and regulatory reporting, e.g. Directors' Remuneration Report, reports to the Prudential Regulation Authority and European Banking Authority
  • Producing and reviewing ad-hoc compensation analytics and modelling

Skills & competencies

  • Highly numerate with strong analytical capabilities, meticulous in approach and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of quality
  • Motivated self-starter; willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Financially literate; understanding of financial accounts and terminology desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-player, collaborative and flexible


  • Experience of working with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of remuneration an advantage (from either a HR or Finance perspective)
  • May have a background in accounting, finance or consulting
