This dynamic Fortune 500 organisation is looking to hire a Resourcing Business Partner to support a UK corporate team.

Working with key stakeholders, you will design appropriate strategies and recruitment plans and will be accountable for driving effective and consistent recruitment practices and policy. You will also develop direct recruitment channels, search & networking tools with the aim of increasing quality of hire and reducing timeframes and cost of hire.

Specific challenges will focus on the planned transformation of Finance and Technology organisations. You will also work with Learning and Talent in improving succession planning and talent pipelining, so it would be advantageous if you some have experience in these areas.

Keeping your hand in operationally, you will also deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions - specifically c-suite and other executive hires.

To excel, you will be an experienced recruiter who will be comfortable operating in a corporate organisation. You will ideally have a blend of agency, in-house and / or RPO experience with a strong delivery style and results oriented approach. You'll also be experience in setting SLA's and metrics reporting.
