LMA Recruitment's client, a leading Financial Services Organisation are currently looking to hire a permanent Regulatory Reward Manager.

As Regulatory Reward Manager, you will provide subject matter expertise on reward governance, regulation, policies and practices. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support across the diverse EMEA region

- Evaluate the remuneration policies against the ever evolving remuneration regulations across the UK and EMEA

- Key point of contact for REMCO's, preparation of papers, and attending meetings

- Implementation of remuneration regulatory requirements in compliance with the UK and EMEA regulators.

- Shaping the remuneration policy, processes, and practices across the EMEA region

- Developing reward structures, ensuring regulatory requirements are in line with the organisations compensation philosophy

- Audit responsibilities linked to regulatory remuneration matters.

Person Specification

- Up to date knowledge of remuneration regulatory issues and governance across EMEA

- Proven background within project management

- With the continuous interaction with regional HR staff, senior management, and multiple businesses you will need to have first class client handling skills

The salary for this position will go up to £85,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
