Do you have a passion for designing affective multi-channel talent attraction strategies for volume campaigns? Do you like to analyse data and use this to make improvements to the quality and quantity of potential hires, attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines?

As one of the country's fastest growing business both nationally and internationally they recruit 1000's of Customer Service Team Members and Personal Shoppers across our network each year to service our ever growing customer base, so our attraction strategy plays a key part in supporting this growth.

As the Recruitment and Attraction Manager across our Operational business areas, you will ensure a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates is maintained throughout the year by developing creative and innovative attraction methods that keep us a step ahead of the competition.

But it is not just about attraction..

Your team will also manage end to end recruitment processes for our operational management and engineering teams within our Customer Centres and Service Delivery groups, giving you a role with variety and challenges with no single day the same.

So what would we like to see?

  • Creativity, you will need to show us how you create innovative attraction methods to meet demanding volumes of hires
  • Ability to manage recruitment processes, ideally in both volume campaigns and more specialist recruitment
  • Flexibility, you will cover a multitude of different roles where you will need to adapt your style and technique
  • This is not a sit behind the desk type of role, you will spend a good amount of your time at other sites to understand local recruitment challenges, meet local providers to help evolve a site specific recruitment strategies.

So if you have proven experience of managing both volume recruitment and targeted talent acquisitions from either an in house or agency backgrounds, and have people management skills (leading a team previously is essential). Have skilled stakeholder/relationship management with strong communications skills this could be the opportunity for you.
