Do you have recruitment experience? Would you like to work in Human Resources? Are you a driven self starter with excellent organisational skills and have worked in a fast paced/busy environment?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a Corporate Investment Bank supporting the permanent recruitment desk recruiting for junior to senior level positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Discussing role requirements with hiring managers
  • Engage agencies / advertise on internal job boards
  • Maintain spreadsheets with recruitment activity
  • Arrange interviews for the business and HR
  • Book rooms for HR interviews
  • Ensure feedback is passed back to agencies/candidates
  • Manage costs with agencies
  • Produce HR interview packs
  • Dealing with queries from hiring managers/managing their expectations
  • Manage the internal recruitment candidate tracking system 'MyJobs', posting internal and external roles
  • Support the Recruitment Team as required, leading on initiatives such as Glassdoor etc
  • Provide policy advice to employees
  • Manage all recruitment attraction channels in order to source CVs inc. external job boards
  • Ensure all necessary approvals have been received via internal recruitment system before commencing hiring process
  • Liaise with candidates to ensure they have received all required information prior to and after interviews

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous recruitment support experience
  • To have worked in a fast paced/busy environment
  • Can manage volume activity
  • FS experience would be helpful
  • Ideally experience of working in a HR team
  • Ability to work with others as part of a team
  • Planning, organising and delivery focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Initiative - self starter/motivated
  • Calm under pressure
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Attention to detail critical
  • Prioritisation - ability to manage a demanding and fluctuating workload
  • Ability to push back
