Our client, a financial services business based in Sutton are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to provide an efficient and professional reception service to all clients.

The ideal candidate will be immaculate in corporate image, have strong communication and organisational skills and have experience within a similar role in a corporate environment.

Key duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the correct person
  • Managing meeting room bookings and organise catering as required, ordering, handling deliveries, setting up in rooms
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Arranging couriers and co-ordinating deliveries
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Working closely with building concierge and security
