Our client, a boutique investment management company, would like to recruit a receptionist, to strengthen their support team. The business was formed in 2010 prior to which it was previously part of a well-known asset management house. The business continues to expand and grow.

This family feel office will offer you the opportunity to be an integral member of the business and part of a small, professional and friendly support team. Candidates should have some experience of working in an administrative role and possess strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all clients
  • Taking all incoming phone calls and directing to recipients
  • Ensuring conference and audio visual equipment are operating correctly
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Booking courier deliveries
  • Sort outgoing correspondence, use the franking machine
  • Collate and prepare expense claims for various teams
  • Client Record Management (CRM) updates for Investor Relations and Business Development Department
