My Client, an Investment Firm based in the City, is looking for a Receptionist who is immaculately presented and professional with a courteous and welcoming manner.

The Receptionist will work as part of a front of house team of 2 and will also assist with providing admin support to the back office Facilities Team.

The ideal candidate will be service orientated and always create an important first impression.

The key responsibilities are as follows:-

  • Welcoming all visitors providing a first class reception experience
  • Ensuring the Reception area is presentable at all times
  • Managing the switchboard and ensuring all calls are answered in a timely fashion
  • Providing meeting rooms with the help of the computerised booking system
  • Processing stationery orders etc
  • Assisting with admin duties including processing invoices, raising purchase orders

The ideal candidate will have :-

  • Skilled with MS Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy pressurised environment
  • Experience of working in a front of house environment with CISCO systems knowledge
