LMA are working with a training provider in the West End to be the first point of contact for any prospective client or visitor. Therefore the candidate must be friendly, helpful and efficient whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times. Although the role is varied and will require someone who adopts a hands-on approach and is willing to muck in, it is essential that the candidate has excellent attention to detail. A good telephone manner and high level of organisation are also essential. Looking for an immediate start paying £23,000, with hours 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Duties include:

  • Maintaining the appearance of the front office and meeting rooms
  • Diary management
  • Ordering supplies and allocating on arrival
  • Answering all incoming phone calls and fielding/distributing as necessary
  • Opening up of the building, in accordance with opening up procedures
  • Liaising with Cleaners
  • Salesforce CRM management - constant updating of addresses, stages etc.
  • Correspondence - letters and emails, knowledge of mail merge essential
  • Noting student absences where necessary and recording
  • Responsible for petty cash and banking
  • Helping students where requested e.g printing
  • Processing enrolments and liaising with the accounts team where necessary
  • Attending School Career Fairs as and when required
  • Evening attendance at internal events will be required - average of two per term
  • Taking full responsibility of building management
