Receptionist, £19-21k, London Bridge

A highly regarded organisation based in lovely offices near London Bridge are looking for a friendly, pro-active receptionist to join their team reporting into the Facilities Manager.

This is a highly busy and varied position, involving meeting and greeting visitors to the office, answering incoming calls and enquiries, arranging couriers, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable. The position will also include ordering stationery and various supplies for meetings including catering, assisting with organising events, and supporting the facilities manager with any ad-hoc facilities duties including health and safety and meeting room requirements.

Candidates will require:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • A friendly and welcoming manner
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous office/receptionist experience is desirable
