Receptionist/ Facilities Assistant - 9 - 12 month FTC

LMA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a fantastic travel corporation based in the City who are seeking an experienced interim receptionist/ facilities assistant for a contracted period between 9 - 12 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate who is looking to work for a leading travel company. We are looking for a graduate calibre individual who has strong attention to detail, is forward thinking, warm, reliable and willing to immerse themselves into the team. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience within a similar role.

Key duties include:

  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with meeting room requirements and other office demands.
  • Order catering in for meetings.
  • Arrange travel for employees.
  • Ensure the print and post rooms are well stocked and tidy
  • Arrange taxi's for employees.
  • Assist with organising internal events including charity days.
  • Perform any necessary Health and Safety checks and facilities induction for new starters in the absence of the Facilities Manager.
  • Undertake any reasonable task that may be requested by the Facilities Manager or the HR and People Development Manager.
