My Client, a design company based in the West End has an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator

Hours 8:45am - 5:30pm

Respond to all incoming telephone calls, ensuring that these are answered promptly and are directed to the appropriate person within the company

· Receive all visitors, ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given a good impression of the company

· Respond to emails and maintain outlook meeting rooms booking.

· Ad hoc administrative duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, franking

· Receive deliveries for team members in the building and book couriers for parcels/taxis for staff

· Open, sort and distribute incoming post

· Internet research

· Generally taking care of the office/kitchen/liaising with line manager

· Main point of contact for all building maintenance and issue resolution

· Help to set up the meeting room PC's for presentations when needed

· Help to monitoring the office cleaners

· Assist administration staff when necessary

· Ensuring office and meeting rooms looks immaculate at all times

· Ensure office common areas, boardrooms and reception area is kept tidy to receive guests at all times

The ideal candidate will be well presented, well spoken with excellent customer service skills. Must have previous experience as a receptionist/admin
