Immediate Receptionist

I am seeking an immediately available Corporate Receptionist to support alongside one other, within a global data centre based in the City. You will provide excellent 5* service and support the Office Manager on an ad hoc basis.

You must have a minimum of two ideally three years' experience supporting on Reception within a corporate environment. This is a fabulous varied role that will offer a permanent position for the right candidate.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Welcome visitors
  • Book internal meeting rooms and prepare for any catering requirements
  • Managing the calendar
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Undertake travel arrangements, including taxi's and flight bookings
  • Maintaining the communal, general areas ensuring they are well-presented at all times
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Ordering of business cards and office stationery
  • Mail distribution and arranging couriers
  • Supporting the Office Manager on an ad hoc basis

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), demonstrate outstanding telephone manner, interpersonal skills and previous Reception experience is a must!

This role offers two shift patterns that are worked alternatively each week, 8am-5pm & 9am-6pm.
