This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a top-tier Asian Bank in the heart of the City. The role is to provide project administration and support their London relocation project

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking meetings
  • Issuing agendas
  • Minute taking
  • Report consolidation
  • Maintain Issue Lists
  • Changing control support
  • Producing Newsletters
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining electronic filing system

Experience:

  • You will have experience of providing support to office fit out projects
  • An understanding of an office relocation life cycle
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent ddministration skills
  • Well organised
  • Capable of communicating at all levels both internally and externally
  • Personable, energetic, self motivated and excellent communication skills
  • Experience of using AutoCAD
