Are you an experienced administrator with a background gained in Project Support?

Would you like to work to work for one of the worlds premier pharmaceutical companies?

We are looking for an experienced administrator for a twelve month contract to provide project support and co-ordination for a leading organisation in it's field. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate and could be extended after the initial 12 month period.

The Role:

  • Support project lead with general business process and compliance management across all regions and functions of the department
  • The role acts a key interface in the research, planning and implementation of disruptive technologies and ad-hoc projects
  • Assists in financial control processes including budget forecasts and monitoring PO spend
  • Work with others across the organisation to maintain content in a structured and searchable format
  • Assist with the preparation of communications, training and project materials in support of change management efforts

Required Skills:

  • Concise business writing, able to summarize detailed information into succinct written materials
  • Financial management, including managing purchase orders and budget forecasts
  • Document management, including best practices for keeping knowledge organized and usable
  • Project coordination supporting project teams, steering committees and wide scale change initiatives
  • Understanding of relational databases and comfort working with large datasets
  • MS Project
  • MS Excel, including advanced functions aiding in large scale data reconciliation
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Visio

Experience with the following technologies is a plus:

* MS SharePoint, particularly administering objects within a collection and maintaining a sound security model
* Tibco SpotFire or similar data visualization tool
* Business Process Management Systems
* Structured Content Authoring


Undergraduate degree preferred. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not required. Experience in regulatory strategy and/or regulatory operations a strong plus.

This role requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The Operations Specialist must be self-motivated and capable of operating independently as well as working effectively in a team or matrix organization; must be able to adapt to dynamic environment; has a high attention to detail and is able to appropriately prioritize and perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
