LMA Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a Luxury Retail Head Office located in the West End.This will be a maternity contract starting in March. A varied position with more than just your typical PA duties, you will be overseeing and planning events. assisting with legal, internal communications, HR etc. You will get exposure to an energetic and entrepreneurial business. This is a one year fixed term contract paying £37,000 - £40,000.

Duties include:

  • Arranging appointments, communicating to attendees and make sure correct facilities have been booked.

  • Provide general administrative support for the office.

  • Support the teams with coordinating presentations.

  • Process monthly expenses.

  • Manage global communication efforts between Global Offices.

  • Coordinate all travel logistics including flight, hotel, car and rail. Apply for necessary visas for travel.

  • Partner with other EA/PAs throughout the office to support the team.

  • Organise events including coordinating agendas, sending invitations, confirming logistics, catering, IT, etc.

  • Produce general correspondence to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Liaise with the IT department for all technical needs related to meetings, including conference call set up and room bookings.

  • Provide PA cover to other team members when required.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working as an EA/PA to senior level management. Be computer literate, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Demonstrate professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality. Have strong problem solving skills; be proactive and takes initiative.
