Our client, a highly renowned international commodities business based in the West End are seeking a Part Time Administrator to work in their London office 4 days a week on an 11-month contract.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be happy to get involved with all administration for the London office.

It is essential that you have experience in a busy, fast-paced administrative position within a corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a great administration team within a super business!

Key duties

  • Extensive travel arrangements for the London office
  • Respond to all travel request emails
  • Create credit cards using AirPlus
  • Completing credit card authorisation forms for hotels
  • Send approval request emails to line managers of each person travelling
  • Sending travel confirmations
  • Tying up invitation letters for people applying for UK visa's from international offices
  • Creating profiles for all employees on the corporate travel website
  • Update passport/visa details on the intranet
