I am seeking a part-time (4 days p/w, 30 hours) Student Recruitment Coordinator to support the Regional Manager within a leading training and consultancy provider. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence, initiative and be totally driven with a positive working attitude.

Your role will include a multitude of responsibilities so the successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work load and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines. For this role, 2 years' administration experience within a professional services organisation is desirable, as well as experience with manning and facilitating assessment/training days.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Maintain accurate information on the company database, including up to date contact details, course bookings and exam information.
  • First point of contact for student Monitoring/Administration.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries from firms, training partners, students and tuition colleges.
  • Maintain student information on company database, including up to date contact details, course bookings and exam information.
  • Liaise with firms on the progress of their students, including reporting on their examination results
  • Communicate with students to ensure any problems between the student and tuition providers are dealt with on a timely basis.
  • Process initial screening of recruitment application forms
  • Assist with the test marking.
  • Provide high quality customer service to all clients (external customers and internal colleagues)
