LMA Recruitment are seeking a PA to support a busy team of 9 people at a finance firm based in the West End. The position requires you to be highly proactive in order to help the team complete critical tasks on time. This is a fast paced company environment, where a talented individual who is looking to grow their career can flourish. We are looking for a graduate calibre candidate who has a strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and is capable juggle conflicting priorities.

We are looking for an individual who wants to develop into a true business assistant and take on projects and reports, attend off sites and be willing to go above and beyond.

Applications will be particularly welcome from candidates who are currently working in hedge funds, asset management or private equity as well as application from those who speak a European language, but this is not essential. This is a superb opportunity to work for a renowned finance house within a varied fast paced position.

Key duties include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Travel and itinerary arrangements, including visa requirements and foreign currency
  • Arranging internal and external business meetings as well as liaising with external providers
  • Gate keeping: monitoring for all incoming calls and emails as directed
  • Ad-hoc EA cover when required
  • Manage team annual leave and absences
  • Expense management and reconciling receipts.

You must have superb interpersonal skills and have excellent Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and CRM systems. This is an amazing opportunity for a terrific candidate to support a great business.
